Although there are many valid conspiracies around september eleventh, the concept has been hijacked by idiots who like to focus on things like saying there were no planes, rather than the people behind the planes, and what brand of bullets hit the WTC rather than the utter prior insider trading of stock, security forces and civil servants distracted by training drills, and Warren Buffett and other WTC execs being at NORAD that day.

The New England Patriots may have thrown the game of the Super Bowl vs the Giants as a last resort to help alleviate and avoid a potential franchise collapse upon another conviction of breaking the same NFL rules and regulations that if found guilty could provide a demoralizing appetizer of the main course to come for their fans and franchise. Although no new legal action has been taken, the Patriots, contrary to popular grief, are innocent until proven guilty and at least provided an entertaining optimism of the gladiator of old we all know and love. -Adam Scheeler

PR: Well, as speaker for the house, Nancy has other responsibilities besides the people of san francisco.

NUG: She wouldnt be speaker of the house, if she didnt get elected in san francisco. thats where her first priorities should be.

PR: Yes, but right now her priorities are to end the war in Iraq.

NUG: But she didnt say impeachment is  being put aside for the time being, as youre suggesting. What she said, in direct violation of the will of her constituents, that impeachment is not happening.

PR: Thats correct. We will try to clarify this because we have gotten a lot of people calling in regarding this matter.

NUG: If Bush gets Impeached, cheney will most likely step down. Shed be able to end the war a lot easier as president, no?

PR:  Ill be sure to pass that along to her.

The Ethics Commission does not have any jurisdiction over this matter.  However, my recommendation to you is to read page 180 of the voter information pamphlet regarding measure J.  According to the legal text of the measure, it appears that measure J is nonbinding and simply calls for a new general "City" policy.

First of all, Steven. The voter information pamphlet only has 171 pages. I assume your referring to page 158, though, but it says nothing about being non-binding.  if a city where a celebrity senator who won 80% of the vote is at risk of being ousted, then no politician is safe from public scrutiny and accountability to its constituents.
